Referral information

​We welcome both veterinarian referrals and self-referrals.

If you are a veterinarian referring a patient, please email us the following details with your referral:

• Client’s full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Patient's full medical history (exam notes, lab results, photos, etc). 

​If you are a pet owner seeking specialist care, you are welcome to contact us directly to arrange an appointment. No referral is required, however, we will ask that you have your primary veterinarian send us your pet's records before we book the initial consult.
